It takes its name in honor of the cool breeze that it receives when being located in the high part of the town, on the slope of the mountain. The house is accessed by crossing the orchard that surrounds the house, with space for parking, where you can also enjoy a garden and a patio with barbecue. The ground floor consists of a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. In the first silver are distributed three rooms and a toilet. All equipped for a comfortable stay.
